HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW …
WHEN WILL MY IMAGES BE READY AFTER THE SHOOT?
It takes on average 2 weeks to get your images ready to view but if for any reason you might need them urgently please let me know at the time of booking.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
It’s certainly possible knowing our UK weather! Unless it’s pouring down, if the rain is just on and off we will still go ahead and bring umbrellas ready to keep the little ones dry in between shots.
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN BE IN THE PHOTOS?
It depends. Ideally, just one child for each time slot. So if you have two children, we recommend that you book two consecutive slots, and we can then always take a few shots of them both together if you like, plus you’ll get double the time. The main reason is so that they can get their very own mini shoot styled however they like – since not every child wants to be a fairy! So if you also have a superhero – that’s fine too – it just wouldn’t necessarily make sense for them to share the same mini session/photos. That said, if you have two little girls who both want to wear fairy dresses, you can just book one mini photoshoot and that’s fine.

WHAT SHOULD THEY WEAR?
Children will need to arrive wearing their own fairy outfits / costumes. If they don’t want to be fairies, that’s fine but these are fantasy fairytale sessions, so please get in touch if you have anything else in mind. I am more than happy for you to send phone photos of their outfits if you would like additional help.
WHAT AGES ARE SUITABLE FOR THESE MINI SHOOTS?
These are outdoor sessions, so children will ideally need to be walking and be able to follow simple instructions about how to stand, where to look, etc. So ideally, I’d say age 3 and up, but get in touch if you would like to discuss booking for younger ones.
(Sidenote – I do know that I am completely crazy, but two year olds are actually my favourite little people of all time hehe xx).
That said, I do get why bringing a baby or 2 year old along might bring you out in a sweat – just wondering if they’ll play ball on the day, so you can always wait a year if you really want to – a year is a longggg time though when you’re only two and soooo damn cute!

WHERE IS THE LOCATION?
These mini sessions will be held locally in Cwmbran, and will be easily accessible by car and all our locations have free parking. You will receive a booking confirmation email with the specific location details for this outdoor shoot once you have booked a space.
IS THIS ONLY FOR GIRLS?
Nope! Boys are more than welcome too … and just in case they don’t want to be a fairy, they can be an elf /woodland pixie, or even come in their favourite Superhero costume or dress up as their favourite book character. The point is that these mini sessions are meant to be magical! As long as you book each child their own mini shoot, let them be whoever they choose!
ARE YOU PROVIDING THE OUTFITS?
No, as these are outdoor mini shoots you will need to arrive on time and with your children already wearing their own fairy dresses / costumes. I will bring along a selection of props and some accessories that we can use, and things like fairy wings are magically added to the photos afterwards anyway.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
The mini photoshoot costs £25, and then it’s £50 for five digital images, so £75 in total. To be honest, I must be crazy offering these prices, but I really do just want as many people as possible to be able to do this with their children. Once you have these photos, I promise you’ll never, ever regret it.
CAN I BUY ALL OF THE PHOTOS?
Yes, of course you can if you want to. You won’t need to decide this though until you’ve seen them, so you can make sure that you love them all before you make any more decisions.
